As with astrological consultations, sessions are available locally in person or by telephone.

Periodic counseling consultations can be an opportunity to check in, assess progress, analyze experiences and lessons, set intentions, make future plans, etc.

Ongoing counseling is intended to be relatively short-term to assist you in weathering difficult cycles and to build your coping skills and independence as rapidly as possible. In periodic or ongoing counseling, astrology may be used occasionally, but would not be the primary modality.
